Hypnosis Makes it Easy!

"
A lifetime of smoking was brought to a sudden halt in one hour. Instead of a group of long therapy sessions."                                                                                              Tim W., A former 2 pack a day smoker

Most people know that by stopping they will save several thousand dollars a year. Most people know that they could add years to their life. And most people know that if they stop smoking right now, they could save their health - before it's too late.

So, why do people continue to smoke? With more than 20 years combined experience in dealing with the mind, we have found the answer to be the same all over the world. It all comes down to one thing...FEAR.

  • Fear that you'll have to give up your crutch or pleasure
  • Fear that you won't be able to enjoy life or handle stress
  • Fear that you will put on weight
  • Fear that you'll have to go through an awful trauma to get free
  • Fear that you'll never get completely free of the craving

All of these fears are just examples of one overriding fear. The one simple reason that you have not stopped smoking is that you: Fear that it is going to be too painful and too difficult!  Use hypnosis and make it easy on yourself!

How does hypnosis work?

Our minds work on two levels – the conscious and the subconscious. We make decisions, think, and act with our conscious mind. The subconscious mind controls our habits. In the relaxed state known as hypnosis, we can communicate directly with the subconscious mind. This is why it is so quick and easy to change habits of a lifetime with hypnosis.

Will hypnosis work for me?

Generally speaking, every normal person is “hypnotizable.” That is, people with an IQ of at least 70, and no severe mental disorders. Therefore, virtually anyone can achieve successful results using hypnosis.

How will I know if I am hypnotized?

Most people can’t tell the difference between the hypnotized and the waking states. Some people feel relaxed and lethargic, others feel a lightness. One thing that people do notice is an inexplicable change in their daily behaviors.

Is Hypnosis Safe?

Hypnosis is completely safe. You are aware and in control at every moment and can terminate the session at any time. Hypnosis is not sleep, nor can you get “stuck” in a state of hypnosis. You can’t be made to do something against your will! Hypnosis is a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.

How does Hypnosis help me kick the smoking habit?

Because smoking is a habit, it is controlled by the subconscious mind. Since hypnosis and NLP work directly with the subconscious, this is the only method that makes sense! We can help you effortlessly transition into the healthy lifestyle of a happy non-smoker.

Myths & Facts about quitting SMOKING

Myth #1: Smoking is relaxing

FACT - Have you ever taken a good look at a chain smoker? A chain smoker is someone who is smoking cigarettes all throughout the day. Do you know anyone who chain-smokes and is really relaxed? The fact is, if smoking was relaxing then the more you smoked the more relaxed you’d be. And we know that’s just not true. Most people take a break from what they are doing to have a cigarette and it’s the actual break, or time away from the job that’s really relaxing, right. Well, you can still take breaks and be a non-smoker.

Myth #2: Cigarette Smoke is addictive

FACT – Do remember when you could smoke in restaurants and bars? Well, the wait staff breathed in all that smoke and the got lung cancer and recently a professional Jazz musician died of lung cancer from the massive amount of smoke he inhaled while playing saxophone - yet he never smoked! They had inhaled enough smoke to get cancer, but they never got addicted. How is that? Smoke can kill you, but it’s not addictive. What makes quitting so difficult isn’t the nicotine…it’s the habit more than any physical withdrawal.

Myth #3: Quitting will be painful and difficult

FACT - It’s possible to quit with little or even ZERO withdrawals or cravings in as little as 1 session. Why? Because it’s not as addictive contrary to popular belief as we think it is. Most people like to compare quitting smoking to quitting something like heroin because they believe it’s so addictive. Well, the truth is it’s not. If you quit heroin, because it’s physically addictive you’d go through sweats, shakes, vomiting, nausea, and hallucinations. Yet when smokers quit – they may or may not be irritable. Think about it. Yeah, it’s difficult…but all that grumpiness, irritability, and anxiousness is in the mind more than anything else.
